How RevXtra collects, uses and protects your information.

Last updated 11 June 2026

Who we are

RevXtra is a service operated by 1 Lady Owner Limited (“RevXtra”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales. 1 Lady Owner Limited is the data controller responsible for your personal data. You can reach us about privacy at hello@revxtra.com.

What this policy covers

RevXtra is currently pre-launch. Right now this site only collects waitlist sign-ups from people and dealers who want early access. When the full platform launches we will update this policy to cover buyer and dealer accounts, car requirements and the matching service.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your name and email address, and, if you sign up as a dealer, your dealership name and phone number. We also keep a record that you asked to join and when.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details to send you launch updates, early-access information and related news about RevXtra. Our lawful basis for these emails is your consent, given when you tick the box and join the waitlist. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Email and your control

We use Mailchimp to manage the waitlist and send these emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time and we will stop emailing you; unsubscribing withdraws your consent. You can also email hello@revxtra.com and ask us to remove you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data or share it for anyone else’s marketing. We use trusted service providers to run RevXtra, who process your data only on our instructions: Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.) for email, and Vercel for website hosting.

International transfers

Some of our providers, including Mailchimp (Intuit) and Vercel, are based in or process data in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist details until RevXtra launches and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@revxtra.com.

Cookies

This coming-soon page uses only the essential cookies needed to make it work. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies here. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for any consent that is required.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, please contact us first at hello@revxtra.com so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as RevXtra develops. The date shown at the top of this page tells you when it was last updated.
